April 28, 2011—The 2011 State Leadership Conference opening session keynote addresses, delivered by Katherine C. Nordal, PhD, APA Practice Organization (APAPO) executive director for professional practice, and David Satcher, MD, PhD, director of Satcher Health Leadership Institute and the Center of Excellence on Health Disparities, were streamed live over the internet for the first time.
