Stress tip sheet provides new resource for clients
by Public Relations Staff
October 25, 2007 — You can help APA spread the word that, while stress can seem overwhelming, it can be managed by taking small steps toward changing unhealthy behaviors.
The APA Practice Directorate has compiled a "Stress Tip Sheet" in connection with the 2007 "Stress in America" survey results released yesterday. This publication offers practical, concrete pointers for managing stress. The tip sheet is now available at the home page of the APA Help Center.
Psychologists are encouraged to use this resource and others from APA’s Mind/Body Health Campaign as appropriate in their work with clients and for community outreach activities.
